Job Duties Include:

· Supervises and manages the BDC team

· Responsible for making sure the BDC team meets the expectations

· Responsible for the training, coaching, mentoring, and resulting productivity levels of the BDC team through guidance and a hands-on approach. Helping with making appointments, calls, performing follow ups, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Management experience (3 years)

· Preferred: Previous BDC experience (3 years)

· Ability to work both independently and with a team

· Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and communication, in-person and over the phone

· Positive mindset with high energy throughout the workday

· Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various CRM tools

· Provide support to drive and hit objective-based quotas and goals.
